Partnering with Court Reporting Firms for Precise, Reliable Coverage Anywhere
RSR-certified, technologically equipped, and ready to deliver accurate transcripts locally or remotely.
Hello, I’m Mallory Ferriter. I'm a former English teacher turned freelance court reporter. Committed to excellence, I earned certifications beyond Montana’s requirements to provide the legal community with court reporting services of the highest standard. As the field of court reporting evolves, I embrace advanced technology to deliver transcripts that are both accurate and timely. I protect the record, and I appreciate the gravity of that responsibility. I believe there is good reason why attorneys and judges still prefer certified and highly trained stenographic court reporters: We are the gold standard in producing reliable, accurate, and professional legal transcripts.
Services for Court Reporting Firms
As a freelance court reporter, I partner with court reporting firms - locally or remotely. By leveraging advanced technology, I ensure every transcript is precise, reliable, and delivered promptly - helping your firm maintain its reputation for excellence. My services include transcription and in-person and remote depositions. I provide my own equipment and software (CaseCATalyst) for every assignment, ensuring ready-to-go service.
In Person
Being based in Great Falls, I'm centrally located in Montana, which allows me to travel for in-person depositions throughout much of the state.
Remote
Montana’s vast geography can make coverage challenging and expensive. My remote setup is fully equipped with professional-grade technology, and I handle remote proceedings with the same level of professionalism that I would present in person. The notary laws in Montana allow me to administer an oath to anyone in the world as long as I am located in Montana.
Transcription
I provide transcription services for a variety of legal proceedings, including court hearings, trials, meetings and interviews. I am equipped to work with different forms of recorded media and will meet individual litigation deadlines.
